新生儿呼吸道标本采集技术及微生态监测技术研究进展及其临床应用

摘要 上下呼吸道中细菌、真菌、病毒、支原体、衣原体等全部微生物构建成人体呼吸道微生态,与人体细胞共同组成"超级有机体"。随着呼吸道标本采集技术和高通量测序等技术的应用,往日阻碍人体微生态研究的瓶颈打开,借助这些新技术可深入了解新生儿呼吸道中的微生物群落的组成、功能及呼吸道微生态与人体健康和疾病的关系,为预防和治疗呼吸道疾病提供了新生的研究途径。 Bacteria,fungi,viruses,mycoplasma,chlamydia and other microorganisms in upper and lower respiratory tracts construct the human respiratory microecology,which forms a "superorganism" together with human cells.With the application of respiratory specimens collection technology and high-throughput sequencing technology,the bottleneck of human microecology research in the past has been opened.With the help of these new technologies,the composition and function of microecology in neonatal respiratory tract and the relationship between respiratory microecology and human health of diseases can be deeply understood,which provides a new research approach for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.
