追求更高的职业境界是班主任专业发展的基石。在学习反思与实践探索的基础上,总结出班主任的三重职业境界:走出职业倦怠,进入主动工作的自主境界;立足生命关怀,追求以生为本的自觉境界;理解工作本质,抵达个性服务的自由境界。

Pursuing a higher vocational realm is the basis of promoting form teachers’ professional development. This author summarizes three-level vocational realm of form teachers based on refl ection and practical exploration: getting out of job burnout into active and autonomous realm of working, focusing on life concern to pursue the student-based conscious realm, and understanding the work essence to reach the free realm of individualized service.
