关于小学新生入学适应情况的调查报告 被引量:3

摘要 对小学新生及其家长、教师进行问卷调查和访谈,发现:新生入学适应处于中等适应水平,学习适应和规则适应问题明显;男生入学适应能力低于女生。为促进新生适应小学学习与生活,学校应该加强与幼儿园合作,做好幼小衔接教育;开发入学适应资源,开展入学适应教育;尊重新生心理特点和男女性别差异,改进课堂教学方式。 A questionnaire and interview of primary school newly-enrolled students and their parents shows that adaptation of newly-enrolled students is at the medium level with obvious problems in adaption to learning and rules, and that the ability of boy’s adaptation is lower than girl’s. To improve new students’ ability of adaptation to their learning and life, schools should strengthen cooperation with kindergartens to improve the connection between kindergartens and primary schools. Meanwhile, schools should exploit the resources of enrolling adaptation and carry out the education of adaptation. Besides, school should respect new students’ mental features and the diff erences between boys and girls to improve the classroom teaching styles.
