海外汉语学习者低龄化现状、成因及应对策略——以意大利汉语学习者为例

海外汉语学习者低龄化是新时代汉语国际教育发展的新趋势,如何与之相适应是保证汉语国际教育高质量发展的关键。以意大利汉语学习者为例,低龄化的成因包括:中国的和平崛起与美好的发展前景是根本动力;中意经贸合作和人文交流的日益深化是基础支撑;意大利政府教育政策的大力扶持是重要保障;孔子学院/课堂提供的教学资源是有效助力;海外华人的语言和文化传承是低龄化的重要推力。为应对海外汉语学习者低龄化的新趋势,应做到:充分发挥中意经贸合作的引擎作用,多领域协作全面推动汉语"外语身份"转换;提升国家和社会的语言服务意识和能力,多层级推进汉语纳入国民教育体系进程;立足低龄化发展新要求,构建汉语国际教育新体系;加强海外华人的母语保护和传承。

The lowering age tendency in learners of Chinese language becomes the new trend in the development of Chinese international education in the new era.Adapting to the lower age is the key to maintain the high quality development of Chinese international education.In order to reveal the reasons behind the lowering age tendency, it is necessary to analyze the status quo of the younger-age trend among Italian people who learn Chinese in recent year.The peaceful rise of China and the prosperous future are the fundamental driving force.The deepening cooperation of China-Italy economic and trade, as well as the cultural exchanges become the basic support.The vigorously support of Italian government's education policy is an important guarantee.The teaching resource provided by Confucius Institute is an effective assistance.The language and culture inheritance by overseas Chinese is an important booster.To cope with the tendency of lowering age of overseas Chinese language learners, it is required to: make the most the engine role of China-Italian economic and trade cooperation to comprehensively promote the transformation of the identity of Chinese as an foreign language in various fields;enhance awareness and ability of language service in the country and community, to stimulate the process of bringing Chinese language into national education system at multiple levels;establish the new Chinese international education system as per the development requirements of lowering age tendency;strengthen the mother tongue protection and inheritance among overseas Chinese to promote the development in the lowering-age trend.
