摘要
磁力泵是通过取消动密封结构采用磁力驱动的机泵,与普通离心泵密封形式不同,彻底避免了有毒、有害介质通过机泵密封泄漏的安全隐患,由于其特殊性,解决使用过程中出现的问题显得尤为重要。介绍了磁力泵的结构特点及工作原理,通过分析磁力泵在润滑油生产装置中的运行情况,提出了在不同工艺使用过程中可能会出现的问题及原因,并提出相应的应对措施,以保证磁力泵长周期平稳运行,满足当前安全环保生产形势需要。
Magnetic drive pump cancels the structure of dynamic seal and uses magnetic drive technology.Unlike the seal structure of centrifugal pumps,magnetic drive pump completely avoids the hidden danger of the leakage of toxic or harmful substances through pump seal.Because of its specialty,it is particularly important to solve its problems in use.This article introduces the structural features and operating principle of magnetic drive pump,analyzes the operation of the pump in lubricating oil production unit,identifies the possible problems and reasons in different processes,and puts forward some corresponding measures against these problems,so as to guarantee the long-period and stable operation of the magnetic drive pump and satisfy the current needs of safe and environmental-friendly production.
