加氢装置高压空冷器管口受力的优化计算 被引量:2

摘要 以某440万t/a渣油加氢装置高压空冷器及其进出口管道布置为研究背景,运用CAESARⅡ软件对高压空冷器及其进出口管道进行模拟和数据分析。在正常操作工况下,通过改变设备模拟方式、设备计算温度、支撑点形式和管道布置形式,找出了精确的空冷器设备模拟方式,并得出在支撑点处设置低摩擦副以及改变管道走向可以减小空冷器管口受力,同时取进出口管道的平均温度作为空冷器计算温度更为合理。最终在满足空冷器管口受力情况下,合理布置管道,减少管道材料,节约工程投资。 Taking the high pressure air cooler in a 4.4 Mt/a residual oil hydrogenation unit and its inlet and outlet piping arrangement as the research background,this paper uses CAESARⅡ software to simulate and analyze the high pressure air cooler and its inlet and outlet piping.Under normal operating conditions,the precise simulation method of air cooler equipment is found by changing the simulation mode of equipment,the calculation temperature of equipment,the form of support points and the layout of piping.It is concluded that setting low friction pair at the air cooler support point and changing the pipe routing can reduce the force acting on air cooler nozzle,and taking the average temperature of the inlet and outlet piping as the calculation temperature of air cooler is more reasonable.Finally,on the premise of meeting the force of air cooler nozzle,the piping is reasonably arranged,the piping material is reduced,and the engineering investment is saved.
