内置可见的职业学校社团育人机制——一份基于个案的分析

The Built-in Visible Mechanism of Association Education in Vocational Schools:A Case-based Analysis

从"可见的学习"理论视角审视职校社团,提出"可见的社团育人机制"。其中,教师是强有力的干预者,学生是自身成长的观察者、评价者和调节者。"可见"指学生的成长既对教师可见也对学生可见。当该机制内置于社团,成为其内在属性时,将有效地实现社团的育人功能。在当前资源尚不均衡的条件下,本研究将社团发展的关注点从外在的资源条件转向其内在属性。

From the perspective of "visible learning" theory, this paper examines vocational school associations and puts forward "visible association education mechanism". In the mechanism, the teachers are powerful interveners and the students are observers, evaluators and regulators of their own growth."Visible" means that the students' growth is visible to both teachers and students. When the mechanism is built into the association and becomes its intrinsic attribute, it will effectively realize the educational function of the association. Under the condition of unbalanced resources, this study shifts the focus of association development from external resources to its intrinsic attributes.
