校企协同,分类施教:高职院校创新创业教育的现状与路径探究 被引量:4

摘要 高职院校创新创业教育是为了适应经济社会发展与国家人才发展战略需要孕育而生的,它是一种全新的培养创新创业型人才的教育体系。通过对当前高职院校创新创业教育的现状进行反思,发现其中存在一些问题,建议在"校企协同,分类施教"的理念指导下,从树立正确的创新创业教育理念、完善课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、构建实践平台等方面,探究高职院校创新创业教育改革的路径。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is to meet the needs of economic and social development and national talent development strategy. It is a new educational system for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Through in-depth reflection on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, the problems are found. It is suggested that under the guidance of the concept of "school-enterprise cooperation and classified teaching", the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational colleges should be explored from the following aspects: establishing the correct concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, improving the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teachers and building a practical platform.
