现代学徒制模式下学生主体性发展的管理模式探究——以青岛职业技术学院服装专业为例 被引量:1

Research on the Management Model of Students' Subjectivity Development under the Modern Apprenticeship Model——Taking the Garment Specialty of Qingdao Technical College as an Example

摘要 目前,现代学徒制模式下的学生主体性发展缺失,企业对学生管理参与度较低。建议在学生管理中转变师生关系,调动企业师傅参与学生管理的积极性,转变班级管理实施方式,从而激发学生主体性发展中的积极性、主动性,达到学徒制模式下的学生素质综合发展的目标。 At present, under the modern apprenticeship mode, the development of students' subjectivity is lacking, and the participation of enterprises in student management is low. It is suggested that the relationship between teachers and students should be changed in student management, the enthusiasm of enterprise teachers to participate in student management should be mobilized, and the implementation mode of class management should be changed, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative in the development of students' subjectivity and achieve the goal of comprehensive development of students' quality under the apprenticeship mode.
