摘要
项目化课程教学常需通过小组合作完成各项工作任务。为达到教学目标,克服小组成员学习与执行能力的差异,避免完成工作任务时的"搭便车"现象,提出通过优化小组合作学习活动,促使成员间形成积极的相互交流和合作学习关系,逐步提升独立完成工作任务的能力和团队配合的意识;通过建立有效的教学评价与激励机制,促使学生积极参与项目活动,提高团队合作成效,达到良好的项目学习与训练效果。
Project-based course teaching often demands various tasks through teamwork. In order to achieve the project teaching objectives, overcome the differences in the learning and execution ability of the project team members, and avoid the phenomenon of "free-riding" when completing project tasks, the curriculum promotes positive interaction and cooperative learning relationships among the team members through the optimization of the group's collaborative learning activities. What's more, it gradually improves team members'abilities to complete tasks independently and group cooperation as well. By establishing an effective teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism, students are encouraged to actively participate in project activities, improve teamwork effectiveness and achieve good results in project learning and training.
