摘要
乡土资源具有陶冶学生情操和培育其基本人文素养的综合价值,是乡村小学教育的根与魂。而实证调查显示,目前的乡村小学在开发运用乡土资源方面存在认识不足、理论基础和基本能力薄弱等问题。建议政府在加强乡村教师运用乡土资源能力培养的基础上,引导乡村小学因地制宜实施特色的自然人文教育,就地取材构造适宜学生发展的本真教育,遵循规律,用适宜学生认知规律与发展需求的方式挖掘乡土资源的教育价值。
Local resources have the comprehensive value of cultivating students' sentiment and basic humanistic quality, which is the root and soul of rural primary education. However, empirical research shows that, at present, there are some problems in the development and utilization of local resources in rural primary schools, such as lack of understanding, theoretical basis and fundamental ability. It is suggested that the government should strengthen the cultivation of abilities of rural teachers in using local resources, to guide rural primary schools to carry out unique natural and humanistic education according to local conditions, and to use local resources to construct education suitable for students' development. It is also suggested that following the law, we should excavate the educational value of local resources in a way suitable for students' cognitive law and development needs.
