我国科技创新与科技金融时序耦合协同的实证研究 被引量:8

An Empirical Study on the Sequential Coupling Coordination Degree of Sci-tech Innovation and Sci-tech Finance in China

摘要 文章运用时序耦合协同度,通过对1999—2016年间的面板数据的测度,分析了我国科技创新与科技金融的动态协同关系,研究发现我国科技创新在研发投入、成果转化与产业化等各阶段与不同层次的科技金融之间存在动态协同演化关系。数据显示,政策性科技金融、科技资本市场与科技创新之间处于初级协同水平,并且相应数值仍在逐年增长;科技信贷金融与科技创新耦合协调度处于严重失调阶段,银行科技信贷对科技创新的支持力度有待提高。文章认为现阶段我国科技创新体系结构虽然在不断优化,但科技金融对科技创新支持效率,以及新技术在科技金融领域的应用仍有待提高。文章最后提出探索多元化的政策性科技金融支持模式、鼓励不同层次的金融机构参与科技信贷、促进多层次的科技资本市场发展、鼓励科技创新产品尽快应用于科技金融服务体系等政策建议。 This paper focuses on the problem of coordination relationship between sic-tech innovation and sic-tech finance.It uses the sequential coupling coordination degree to verify the panel data from 1999 to 2016.There is a dynamic co-evolution relationship between the various stages of sic-tech innovation and the different development levels of sic-tech finance.The sequential coupling coordination degree shows that there is a primary level of synergy between policy sic-tech finance,technology capital market and sic-tech innovation,and the corresponding value is still increasing year by year.The degree of coupling coordination between technology credit finance and technology innovation is still in a serious imbalance,and the bank’s technology credit for sic-tech innovation needs improving.And this paper proposes that the supporting efficiency of sic-tech finance and the application of new technology in sic-tech finance still need to be improved,although Chinese sic-tech innovation system structure has constantly been optimized.Finally,the paper puts a series of reasonable policy.
