摘要
文章以我国主题公园发展的集聚区——环杭州湾都市圈为例,通过对各个层次人才的抽样调查与访谈,总结出影响主题公园人力资源发展的因素主要包括企业软实力与认可度、福利待遇与保障措施、工作氛围与学习机制、员工满意度与获得感、个人专业能力五个方面,并提出了促进主题公园人力资源可持续发展的对策与建议。
With a case study on the operation mechanism and actual result of Human resource development in working environment and salary treatment in Hangzhou Bay metropolitan region,the domestic theme parks industry cluster area,the paper sums up,by survey and interview with talents,the essential factors,including soft power and approval degree of the enterprise,welfare and supporting measures,working environment and learning mechanism,employees’ satisfaction and sense of achievement,and individual competence.Finally,some countermeasures for sustainable development in human resource in domestic theme parks are proposed to promote the sustainable development of local tourism economy.
