摘要
为研究逆变器带脉冲负载运行规律,提升逆变器带脉冲负载性能,首先针对逆变器带脉冲负载系统进行了仿真建模和实验平台的搭建,在仿真和实验的基础上,详细分析了脉冲负载占空比、峰值功率以及开关周期对数字控制PWM逆变器运行规律的影响;针对带脉冲负载时逆变器输出电压波形质量和各运行指标均较差的情况,深入分析得到逆变器数字化离散过程造成的时间延迟和逆变控制器响应速度是影响逆变器带脉冲负载性能的主要因素;在此基础上提出了一种基于多次采样和解耦控制的逆变器改进恒压/恒频(voltage/frequency,V/f)控制,并利用MATLAB/Simuilink仿真进行了验证。
In order to study the operating rules of the inverter with pulsed load and improve the performance of the inverter with pulsed load,the simulation modeling and experimental platform for the inverter with pulsed load system were first established. On the basis of simulation and experiment,the influence of pulse load duty cycle,peak power,and switching period on the operation of digitally controlled PWM inverter is analyzed in detail. In view of the poor quality of the output voltage waveform of the inverter and the poor operation of each operating index with pulse load,the in-depth analysis shows that the time delay caused by the digital discrete process of the inverter and the response speed of the inverter controller are the main factors affecting the performance of the inverter with pulse load. Based on this,an improved voltage/frequency (V/f) control for inverters based on multiple sampling and decoupling control is proposed and verified by MATLAB/Simuilink simulation.
