摘要
采用试验研究和理论推导相结合的方式,研究掺钨酸锆水泥基材料砂浆试件的热膨胀系数。首先选用应变片法对掺钨酸锆水泥基材料砂浆试件进行热膨胀系数测定试验,然后运用材料混合律公式从理论上预测其热膨胀系数,并与应变片法所测得的结果相比,研究显示应变片法测量结果偏小,并对其产生的偏差作简要的分析,但不影响两种方法相互验证的目的。
In this paper,the thermal expansion coefficient of zirconium tungstate cement-based mortar specimens is studied by combining experimental research with theoretical derivation.The strain gauge method is used to measure the thermal expansion coefficient of cement-based mortar with zirconium tungstate and the formula of material mixing law is used to predict the thermal expansion coefficient theoretically.Compared with the results measured by strain gauge method,the results of strain gauge method are smaller,and the deviation caused by the strain gauge method is briefly divided.Analysis does not affect the purpose of mutual verification of the two methods.
