摘要
铝属于较活泼的金属,容易被氧化,且在一些耐磨工况下,铝合金硬度较低,耐磨性差。因此,工业上常采用硫酸阳极化、铬酸阳极化、硬质阳极化等来保证铝合金的抗腐蚀性能、耐磨性能和电绝缘性能等。但通常情况下,阳极化后铝合金的表面粗糙度较低,只有0.4~0.8,需要补充加工才能满足表面粗糙度0.1的要求。由此,本文提出一种提高铝合金阳极化后表面粗糙度的工艺,以期为学者的研究提供参考。
Aluminum is a more active metal, easy to be oxidized, and in some wear-resistant conditions, the hardness of aluminium alloy is low, wear resistance is poor. Therefore, sulfuric acid anodization, chromic acid anodization and hard anodization are often used in industry to ensure the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and electrical insulation performance of aluminium alloys. However, in general, the surface roughness of aluminium alloys after anodization is low, only 0.4~0.8, which requires supplementary processing to meet the requirement of 0.1 surface roughness.Therefore, this paper proposed a process to improve the surface roughness of aluminium alloy after anodization, in order to provide reference for scholars’ research.
