摘要
本文首先介绍了超声相控阵技术的原理及特点,然后从管道对接焊缝、接管座角焊缝、汽轮机叶片叶根和小径管缺陷的检出等几方面探讨超声相控阵技术在电力工业中的应用,以期为超声相控阵技术的发展及其在电力工业无损检测中的应用提供借鉴。
This paper first introduced the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic phased array technology, then discussed the application of ultrasonic phased array technology in power industry from the aspects of pipe butt weld, nozzle seat fillet weld, turbine blade root and small diameter tube defect detection, in order to provide reference for the development of ultrasonic phased array technology and its application in non-destructive testing of power industry.
