Research and development of China standard metro train product platform

根据研发制造中国地铁列车的历史脉络与市场特点,探讨如何研制符合中国城市轨道交通市场需求的标准地铁列车。提出以"零配件统型、整车集成联合设计、产品平台拓展系列化"3个主要阶段为工作主线,以渐进的方式实现中国地铁列车的标准化并形成面向不同用户需求的标准化产品平台;并系统归纳标准地铁列车总体设计的要点,为中国标准地铁列车的研发提供指导和借鉴。

This paper briefly introduces the historical background and market characteristics of the research and development of metro trains in China, and discusses how to develop the standard metro trains in line with the market demand of urban rail transit in China. It is proposed to realize the standardization of metro trains in an incremental way and form a standardized product platform for different users’ needs by taking the three main stages of Standardized Spare Parts, Integration and Joint Design of Vehicles, Product Platform Expansion and Serialization as the focuses of the work. The key points of the overall design of standard metro trains are summarized systematically, which provides guidance and reference for the research and development of standard metro trains in China.
