摘要
在近年城市轨道交通建设中,综合联调逐步发展成为一个相对独立的工程阶段。结合各地城市轨道交通投资、建设、运营等因素的不同特点及所应用设备系统的技术配置,综合联调在实施模式、调试范围、技术路线等方面形成了不同的方式。首先对综合联调的特点、要求及各地实践情况进行简要阐述,详细分析在不同承办单位、牵头部门、工作范围、技术结构、实施方式情况下,综合联调的差异,总结采用不同组织和技术模式时,综合联调的适用范围和执行要点。最后指出,在新的管理技术应用和技术标准规范指导下,城市轨道交通综合联调将逐步发展到更高水平。
In the construction of urban rail transit in recent years, comprehensive adjustment has gradually developed into a relatively independent project stage. Combined with the different characteristics of the investment, construction, operation and other factors of urban rail transit in various regions, and the technical configuration of the applied equipment system, the comprehensive adjustment has formed different ways in terms of implementation mode, debugging range, technical line and so on. This paper gives a brief description of the characteristics, requirements and local practice of comprehensive adjustment, and analyzes in detail the differences of the comprehensive adjustment in different contractors, lead departments, work scope, technical structure and implementation mode, and summarizes the application scope and implementation points of the comprehensive adjustment when applying different organizations and technical modes. Finally, it points out that under the application of new management technology and the specification of technical standards, the comprehensive adjustment of urban rail transit will gradually develop to a higher level.
