摘要
基于光杠杆放大原理对弯曲法杨氏模量中横梁下降距离进行放大测量。在弯曲横梁前方设计了一个光杠杆,利用光杠杆的光线反射现象放大了横梁受力弯曲时下降的距离并测量,然后经过计算得出实际下降距离,代入原理公式可得材料的杨氏模量。光杠杆方法的引用使弯曲法测量变得更加便捷、准确。
To measure the descending distance of the beam after amplification with the bending method Young′s modulus based on the amplification principle of optical beam.An optical lever is designed in front of the curved beam.The amplification principle of optical beam is used to amplify the descending distance of the curved beam under the force for measurement.Then,the actual descending distance is calculated.The Young′s modulus of the material can be obtained with the principle formula.The adoption of optical lever makes the bending method more convenient and accurate in measurement.
