职业教育教学督导体系研究

Study on Teaching Supervision System of Vocational Education

职业教育已成为我国技能人才培养的基地,培养高水平、高技能的专业人才是国家、社会对高职院校的要求。高职院校的根本任务是为现代化建设培养高素质的技术型人才。在新形势下,随着我国职业院校的不断扩招,建立和完善职业院校的教学督导体系十分必要。本文对职业院校教学督导体系目前的现状及存在的问题进行了讨论分析,提出可参考、可操作的建议和意见。

Vocational education has become the base for the training of skilled talents in China.It is the requirement of the state and society to cultivate high-level and highly skilled professional talents.The fundamental task of vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical talents for the modernization construction.Under the new situation,it is necessary to establish and perfect the teaching supervision system of vocational colleges and universities with the continuous expansion of vocational colleges and universities in China.This paper discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching supervision system in vocational colleges,and puts forward some feasible suggestions and opinion.
