高校辅导员多维合作执行力的强弱,直接关系"育人共同体"的工作质量与效果。通过对"大思政"、"共同体"、"辅导员合作执行力"概念的智性分析,归纳了辅导员合作执行力作为一种能力体系的核心内涵,阐述了增强辅导员合作执行力的现实意义,提出了加强辅导员多维合作执行力的具体措施。

The strength and weakness of the multi-dimensional cooperation execution of college counselors is directly related to the quality and effect of the "community of education".Through the analysis of the concepts of "ideological and political","community" and "instructor cooperative execution",this paper summarizes the core connotation of instructor cooperative execution as a kind of ability system.This paper expounds the practical significance of enhancing the counselor’s cooperative execution ability.The concrete measures to strengthen the multi-dimensional cooperative execution of counselors were proposed.
