浅谈高职院校辅导员的工作和方法

On the Work and Methods of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

苏联杰出的教育家、作家马卡连柯说过:"我确信:我们的教育目的并不是仅仅在于培养能够最有效地来参加国家建设的那种具有创造性的公民,我们还要把我们所教育的人一定变成幸福的人。"^([1])如何把我们的学生都变成幸福的人,是我们每一个教育工作者值得深思的问题,也是我们每个辅导员教师应该为之奋斗的目标。此篇文章结合笔者在高职院校的工作经验为例做一个简单的阐述。

The outstanding Soviet educator and writer Makarenko once said,"I am sure that our education aim is not only to cultivate creative citizens who can participate in the construction of the country most effectively,but also to turn the people we education into happy people."[1]How to turn our students into happy people is a question worth pondering for every education worker and the goal for every counselor and teacher.This article combines the author’s work experience in higher vocational colleges as an example to make a simple statement.
