落实《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》,推进健康河北建设,促进全民健康的重点在农村,难点也在农村。区域经济发展不平衡,优质卫生资源分布不均衡,尤其是在边远地区和贫困地区,人民群众的健康需求与医药卫生服务之间的矛盾还有待改善,补齐县、乡、村三级医疗短板,着力解决"有病难医"的致贫因子,任重而道远。

The key difficulties in implementing the "healthy China 2030" program and promoting the construction of healthy Hebei and overall health lie are in rural areas.At present,regional economic development and quality health resources in Hebei is unbalanced.In remote areas and poor areas,the contradiction between people’s health needs and medical and health services needs to be improved.It is a long and arduous task to make up the shortage of medical care at all levels and solve the problem of poverty caused by diseases.
