The Construction and Utilization of Special Collections in Libraries in Minority Areas in the New Era

民族地区图书馆在地方民族文化的保护、传承与弘扬中发挥着独具特色的作用,馆藏资源的建设和利用,是新时代民族地区图书馆履行职能的基石。本文从民族地区图书馆的建设特色馆藏的必要性入手分析,再对民族地区图书馆建设特色馆藏存在的问题进行分析,并从民族地区图书馆彰显特色,丰富资源类型;专人负责开发利用;区域性图书馆整合资源,实现共享;创新图书馆信息服务模式等四个方面提出了建议。

The libraries in ethnic minority areas play a unique role in the protection,inheritance and promotion of local ethnic culture.The construction and utilization of library resources are the cornerstone of the functions of Libraries in ethnic minority areas in the new era.This paper starts with the necessity of building characteristic collections of libraries in minority areas,and then analyses the problems existing in the construction of characteristic collections of libraries in minority areas,and highlights the characteristics of libraries in minority areas and enriches the types of resources;specialists are responsible for the development and utilization;regional libraries integrate resources to achieve sharing;innovative books suggestions on four aspects of library information service mode are put forward.
