The basic education in universities is fundamental to consolidate talent quality,which has played a role of source and foundation in cultivating the young people’s scientific and cultural quality,laying a solid foundation of professional knowledge and improving their creative ability.Therefore,we must keep pace with the new era,assume the new mission and follow the new requirement,making efforts to improve the quality of basic education by focusing on "the four restorations",grasping the subject of teaching,and carrying out the reform and innovating boldly.Only in this way can we educate the university students with a solid foundation of science and culture,and help to cultivate the builders and successors of the social cause who can assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
