摘要
传统的"教师为主体"的教学模式在当今信息量大而课内学时不断压缩的情况下,教学效果并不理想。采用对分课堂模式,把教学过程分为时间上清晰分离的三个过程:讲授、内化吸收和讨论,通过整合创新产生新的教学推动力。对分课堂强调教师引导,鼓励学生自主学习,使教育教学活动回归"教"的主体与"学"的主体双边互动,促进师生共同提升,从而提高课堂教学质量。
The traditional "teacher centered" teaching mode is not ideal in the current situation of large amount of information and continuous compression of class hours.The PAD class(presentation-assimilation-discussion) mode divides the teaching process into three clear separation processes in time:teaching,assimilating and discussing,and produces new impetus through the integration and innovation of teaching.The PAD class emphasizes the teacher’s guidance and encourages the students to learn independently,and makes the teaching activities return to the bilateral interaction between the subject of learning and teaching,and promotes both teachers and students,and thereby improves the quality of classroom teaching.
