摘要
《食品生物技术》是南京师范大学食品科学专业学生重要的自主发展课程之一。本文汇报了对该课程过程性考核方案的探索和实践研究,旨在拓展该课程过程性考核的实施路径的同时,为高等学校更多过程性考核课程的应用实施提供理论支撑。
"Food Biotechnology" is one of the important independent development courses for students majoring in food science in Nanjing Normal University.This paper reported the exploration and practice research on the process assessment scheme of the course,aiming to expand the implementation path of the course process assessment and provide theoretical support for the application and implementation of more process assessment courses in colleges and universities.
