团队学习模式在成人教育教学中的应用——以电大工商管理专业三年制专科为例

The Application of Team Learning Mode in Adult Education Teaching——Taking the Three-year Specialization of Business Administration Major of Shenzhen Open University as an Example

课程教学中的团队学习模式是为了提升教学质量,针对某一课程性质和学生特点而设计的小组学习。本文阐述了在成人教育教学中团队学习模式的意义,调整并设计了教学过程中的团队学习模式,通过对工商管理专科专业《消费心理学》课程团队学习小组多年的观察和微信群跟踪,调查分析了团队学习的效果,证明团队学习对于提升学生的学习效果,培养学生的团队意识和实践创新能力具有特别明显的作用。

The team learning model in course teaching is to improve the quality of teaching,and to design a group study for the nature of a course and the characteristics of students.This paper expounds the significance of the team learning model in adult education teaching,adjusts and designs the team learning model in the teaching process,and investigates and observes the We Chat group through the study group of the "Consumer Psychology" course team of business administration specialty.The effect of team learning is analyzed,which proves that team learning has a particularly obvious effect on improving students’ learning effect and cultivating students’ team awareness and practical innovation ability.
