Study and Exploration on Working-schooling Alternation of the Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational School of Business

工学交替是高等职业教育校企合作培养人才的重要方法和途径,现代学徒制人才培养是基于校企深度融合的人才培养模式,工学交替是现代学徒制人才培养的重要特征。本文分析了工学交替的形式,商科高职现代学徒制工学交替的特点,并分析了商科高职现代学徒制工学交替形式选择的依据及工学交替实施过程中存在的问题及解决措施。

Working-schooling alternation is an important ways of training students of higher vocational education based on the profound integration of college and enterprise.And it is also an important characteristics of modern apprenticeship training.This paper analyzes the form and characteristics of working-schooling alternation of modern apprenticeship,and analyzes the basis of means choice of working-schooling alternation,and discuss the existing problems and countermeasures.
