抑郁或焦虑问题形体化心理治疗的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:根据具身认知理论,采取有效措施缓解乃至消除抑郁或焦虑问题。方法:结合抑郁和焦虑的主要症状表现,设计3组形体化心理治疗实验:实验1使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对被试进行前测和后测,选用"竖大拇指+微笑+我很棒"的身体动作组合对大学生的抑郁情绪进行研究;实验2使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对被试进行前测和后测,选用"腹式深呼吸+微笑"的身体组合动作对大学生的焦虑情绪进行研究;实验3使用《SCL-90症状自评量表》对被试进行前测和后测,选用瑜伽对女大学生的焦虑抑郁情绪进行共同研究。结果:实验1被试前后测抑郁分数明显降低(P<0.01),实验2被试前后测焦虑分数明显降低(t=4.829,P<0.05),实验3前后测数据显示被试在"强迫"、"抑郁"、"敌对"这三个因子上得分显著低于全国常模(t<0.05),在"躯体"、"人际"、"焦虑"这三个因子上得分显著低于全国常模(t<0.01)。结论:3个实验结果都验证了假设,说明形体化心理治疗是一种有效缓解抑郁和焦虑的方法或途径。 Objective:according to the theory of embodied cognition,effective measures should be taken to alleviate or even eliminate depression or anxiety.Methods:combining the main symptoms of depression and anxiety,3 groups of embodied psychotherapy experiments were designed.Experiment 1 used the depressive self rating scale(SDS) for the pre test and post test of the subjects,and the body action combination of "vertical thumb + smile + I was great" was used to study the depression of college students.In experiment 2,the pretest and post test were carried out by the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the body combination action of "abdominal deep breathing + smile" was used to study the anxiety of college students.The experiment 3 was used to test the subjects with the "SCL-90 symptom checklist".After the test,yoga was used to study the anxiety and depression of female college students.Results:the experiment I was significantly reduced(P<0.01) before and after the test,and the test anxiety scores were significantly lower(t=4.829,P<0.05) before and after the experiment 2.The data of experiment 3 showed that the scores were significantly lower than the national norm(t<0.05) in "compulsion","depression" and "hostility".The scores of "body","interpersonal" and "anxiety" on the three factors were significantly lower than the national norm(t<0.01).Conclusion:he results of the three experiments confirm the hypothesis that embodied psychotherapy is an effective way to relieve depression and anxiety.
