浅谈新时代党委教师工作部工作人员角色定位及职业素养

A Brief Discussion on the Role Orientation and Professional Quality of the Staff of the Party Committee's Teachers' Work Department in the New Era

新形势下,为加强教师思想政治建设工作,很多高校成立了党委教师工作部,多数高校党委教师工作部和人事处合署办公。教师工作部工作人员是高校教师队伍建设管理的基层管理者,直接关系到学校教师队伍建设的顺利开展程度。本文说明了党委教师工作部工作人员的重要地位和作用,明确了党委教师工作部工作人员的角色定位,阐述了其应具备的能力和素养。

Under the new situation,in order to strengthen the ideological and political construction of teachers,many colleges and universities establish the Party committee teachers’ work department,and most colleges and universities Party committee teachers’ work department and human resources department work together.The staff of the teachers’ work department is the grass-roots manager of the construction and management of university teachers’ team,which is directly related to the smooth development of the construction of school teachers’ team.This paper explains the important status and function of the staff of the Party committee’s teachers’ work department,clarifies the role orientation of the staff of the Party committee’s teachers’ work department,and elaborates their abilities and qualities.
