摘要 高职院校教师职业能力测评实证研究是《高职院校教师职业能力评价及其提升路径研究》课题组在研究确定高职院校教师职业能力评价指标体系的基础上,以高职院校教师职业能力评价指标及其评价模型为指导,在江西环境工程职业学院开展高职院校教师职业能力测评实证研究。本文主要阐述了教师职业能力测评方案设计、测评工作的组织和开展、测评实证的创新和效果。 Taking the evaluation index and evaluation model of teachers’ professional ability in higher vocational colleges as the guidance,empirical study of the evaluation of teachers’ professional capacity in vocational school is carried on by research group of evaluation and avenue of promotion research of teachers’ professional ability in higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College,on basis of studying and determining the evaluation index system of vocational ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly expounds the design of the evaluation scheme,the organization and development of the evaluation work,and the innovation and effect of the evaluation demonstration.
