经济管理类“双创型”研究生人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of "Double Creation" for Graduate Students in Economics and Management

"大众创业、万众创新"是富民之举、强国之道,有利于中国产业、企业、分配等方面的结构优化。具备一定创新能力的人,才能符合社会对人才的要求。目前,高校创新创业教育是推动经济转型、实施创新驱动发展的重要力量。高校经济管理类研究生教学是培养创业人才的重要途径,尤其是要把培养经济管理类"双创型"研究生人才作为一项战略任务去完成。为促进高校创新创业教育的顺利开展,培养创新型人才,本文基于经济管理类研究生"双创"实践平台的优势,分析高校创新创业人才培养模式,提出要培养引领经济社会前行的经济管理类"双创型"研究生人才。最后,给出在新常态下构建经济管理类创新创业研究生人才培养模式的对策建议。

"Popular entrepreneurship and innovation" is the way to enrich the people and strengthen the country,which is conducive to the optimization of China’s industries,enterprises,distribution and other aspects of the structure.Only talents with certain innovative ability can meet the requirements of the society for talents.At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is an important force to promote economic transformation and implement innovation-driven development.The teaching of graduate students majoring in economic management in Colleges and universities is an important way to cultivate entrepreneurs,especially to cultivate "double-creative" talents majoring in economic management.Graduate talents are accomplished as a strategic task.In order to promote the smooth development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities and cultivate innovative talents,this paper analyzes the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurship talents in Colleges and Universities Based on the practical platform advantages of "double-creation" for economic and management graduate students,and puts forward the cultivation of "double-creation" graduate talents for economic and social development.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions on how to construct the training mode of Postgraduates of economic management innovation and entrepreneurship under the new normal.
