中国饮食文化概论融合课程思政元素创新教学模式的实践与思考

The Practice and Thoughts on the Innovative Teaching Model Integrating the Ideological and Political Elements with the Introduction of Chinese Food Culture

中国饮食文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的哲学思想,是高校学生思想政治教育的重要文化资源。新时期,高校学生被各种文化思潮与价值观念冲击着,开展思想政治教育工作就显得尤为重要。中国饮食文化概论融合课程思政元素是在中国饮食文化概论课程教学中,结合课程内容融合思政教育内容,创新教学模式。通过中国饮食文化和思想政治元素的有机结合,不断提高教学质量,提高学生个人修养,让学生成为德才兼备、全面发展的人才,切实把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。本文就中国饮食文化概论融合思政元素的必要性、可行性、实施途径及现实意义做了一些探索和思考。

As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Chinese food culture contains rich philosophical thoughts,and is an important cultural resource of education for college students.In the new era,college students are impacted by various cultural trends and values.It is particularly important to carry out ideological and political education work in students.The introduction of Chinese food culture integrates the ideological and political elements,which is an innovative teaching model in the course of introduction to Chinese food culture combining the ideological and political education content.Through the combination of the Chinese food culture and the ideological and political elements,the quality of teaching and students’ personal accomplishment were constantly improved,and students were developed on both political and occupational ability.The ideological and political work need to be carried out through the education teaching process.Some exploration and thoughts on the necessity,feasibility,implementation and practical significance of integrating ideological and political elements with the introduction of Chinese food culture were demonstrated in this paper.
