当代职业教育学生“工匠精神”的缺失及必要性分析

Analysis on the Lack and Necessity of the "Artisan Spirit" in Contemporary Vocational Education Students

职业教育是我国教育体系中不可或缺的一部分。"工匠精神"对于中国经济转型升级发展、企业和高职院校生存发展、学生就业和个人发展都是十分必要的。然而,在现代社会的飞速发展中,种种原因导致职业教育中"工匠精神"的缺失。培养学生的"工匠精神",对高职学校提高办学水平、引领人才培养十分必要。

Vocational education is an indispensable part of China’s education system.The "artisan spirit" is necessary for China’s economic transformation and upgrading,the survival and development of enterprises and higher vocational colleges,as well as the student employment and personal development.However,in the rapid development of modern society,various reasons have led to the lack of "artisan spirit" in vocational education.The artisan spirit is necessary to improve the level of running schools and lead talents training for higher vocational schools.
