摘要
跨国集团公司已经成为现代产业体系的主要支撑力量,广外的人才培养定位为拔尖创新人才,如何将跨国集团公司的人才需求与人才培养能力供给匹配成为关键问题。中心通过国际化集团企业综合实验项目开发和课程开设的实践寻找匹配的路径,并通过首要教学原理保证了实验项目开发中教学设计的先进性,将理论教学与实验教学融为一体。
Multinational group companies have become the main supporting force of the modern industrial system.The goal of talent cultivation is top-notch innovative talents in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.How to match the talent demand of multinational group companies with the supply of talent cultivation ability is a key issue.The Experimental teaching center tries to solve the problem through the development of comprehensive experimental projects and courses for International Group enterprises.The primary teaching principles was used to ensure the advanced nature of the teaching design and the integration between the theoretical teaching and the experimental teaching.
