摘要
随着中学新课改教学的推进,高师生物师范学生已无法满足当下中学师资的需要。增强生物师范本科学生的实验教学能力是我校目前迫切需要解决的问题,本文分析了问题产生的原因,提出了一些可行性建议,为拓宽师范生创新实验教学能力的途径、提高师范生的综合能力和促进毕业生就业和深造提供参考。
With the advancement of new curriculum reform in middle schools,it is difficult for high school biology students to adapt to the needs of current middle school teachers.In order to strengthen the experimental teaching ability of normal college students,this paper points out the problems and causes of the experimental teaching of normal college students,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.It provides a reference for improving the ways of teachers’ innovative experimental teaching ability,cultivating the comprehensive ability of normal students and promoting graduate employment and further study.
