摘要
人才招聘是高校人才引进中的重要环节,对高校人才队伍建设起到至关重要的作用。人才招聘制度的规范性、招聘环节设计的科学性、信息发布渠道的广泛性,评价系统的科学性,是人才招聘过程中的关键所在。本文阐述了现阶段高校招聘工作的基本模式,分析了高校人才招聘工作存在的问题,探索了提高人才引进绩效的招聘方式,以期对人才引进工作提供有益启示。
Recruitment of talents is an important link in the introduction of talents in universities,and it plays a vital role in the construction of talents.The standardization of the recruitment system,the scientificity of the design of recruitment links,the extensiveness of information dissemination channels,and the scientificity of the evaluation system are the keys in the process of recruitment.This paper expounds the basic mode of recruitment work,analyzes the problems existing in the recruitment work in universities,and explores the recruitment methods to improve the performance of talent introduction,with a view to providing beneficial enlightenment to the work of talent introduction.
