高负荷条件下高校实验室安全管理的压力与防范

Pressure and Precaution of University Laboratory Safety Management under High Load

在高等院校,随着实验室教学科和研负荷日益激增,实验室安全压力愈发明显。针对高校教学、科研安全管理的新形势,本文提出了安全管理制度化,安全操练演习化、安全责任细分化、安全监控网络化的安全管理体系与教学模式,尽最大可防范安全事故的发生,减少高校生命财产的损失。

Under increasing surge of teaching and research load in laboratories in institutions of higher learning,the pressure on laboratory safety becomes more and more obvious.In view of the new situation of teaching and scientific research safety management in colleges and universities,this paper proposes the safety management system and teaching mode of institutionalization of safety management,safety exercise,networked of security surveillance and differentiation of safety responsibility,which can do its utmost to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents and reduce the loss of life and property in colleges.
