摘要
本文从职业生涯规划管理角度,调研重庆市十五所高校辅导员的职业现状、队伍建设现状,研究辅导员队伍的职业现实困境、职业生涯发展问题,并分别从高校组织层面、辅导员个人层面分析问题存在原因,以期接下来为以问题为导向针对性提出加强辅导员队伍建设对策有所帮助。
This thesis theoretically imports career planning into the construction of counselor community,and empirically investigates counselors’ actual occupational predicaments and related problems concerning their career development by referring to a research sample in which the status quo of career planning of counselors who are respectively working in 15 universities,all of which are located in Chongqing,is elaboratively documented,And analyze the causes of the problems from both universities and counselors’ perspectives,In order to take the problem as the guidance and put forward the solution.
