Based on the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics and induction, this paper analyzes the necessity of women football shoes for improving the performance of women athletes and preventing and curing sports injury on the basis of biomechanics. The conclusion shows that:The interaction between the shoes and the surface of the court can determine whether the traction characteristics are suitable for the athletes. The selection of soles for football shoes should be based on site conditions or seasonal variations. The match between the shoes and the venues enables athletes to act and move efficiently. The front part of the shoe should match with the foot shape of the individual. Each athlete’s foot shape is different, and the right combination of shoes and feet can help athletes maintain their best performance.
