推进"双一流"建设是当前及未来较长一段时期我国高等教育改革发展的重点任务。本文探讨了现阶段高校本科生海外交流项目建设与实施中存在的问题,分析并提出了本科生海外交流项目成效提升的思考与举措。

Promoting the construction of "double first-class" is the key task of the reform and development of China’s higher education at present and in a long period in the future.This paper probes into the problems existing in the construction and implementation of undergraduate overseas exchange projects at present,and analyzes and puts forward some thoughts and measures for improving the effectiveness of undergraduate overseas exchange projects.
