科研教学法在天然产物化学教学中的应用探索——以植物精油提取、组成分析及抗菌活性应用的教学与实践为例

Application of Scientific Research Teaching Method in the Teaching of Natural Product Chemistry——Taking the Teaching and Practice of Plant Essential Oil Extraction,Composition Analysis and Antibacterial Activity as an Example

天然产物化学是我校应用化学专业一门重要的专业课程,在人才培养中起到重要作用。通过学习,培养学生具有从事天然产物研究的基础知识和实验技能,为今后从事科研和生产奠定良好的基础。但在教学过程中尚存在诸多问题,影响学生科研意识和创新能力的提高,教学效果不理想。针对问题,运用科研教学法将教师的科研成果、科研新技术和新方法及时引入课程的理论教学和实践环节,鼓励学生积极参与科研活动。通过科研教学法的实施,增强了学生专业认同感和学习兴趣、对培养学生科研意识、创新能力和团队合作精神起到了积极的推动作用,同时也显著提高了课程的教学质量。科研教学法是有效可行的教学改革新模式,值得推广。

Natural product chemistry is an important professional course in applied chemistry in our school and plays an important role in talent cultivation.Through the study of the course,students will develop basic knowledge and experimental skills in the research of natural products,laying a good foundation for future research and production.However,there are still many problems in the teaching process,which affect the improvement of students’ scientific research consciousness and innovation ability,and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.In response to the problem,scientific research and teaching methods was introduced into the theoretical teaching and practice of the course,showing the teachers’ scientific research results,new research techniques and new methods to encourage students to actively participate in scientific research activities.Through the implementation of the research and teaching method,the students’ professional identity and interest in learning have been enhanced,and the students’ scientific research consciousness,innovation ability and teamwork spirit have been promoted positively.At the same time,the teaching quality of the course has been significantly improved.Scientific research teaching method is an effective and feasible new model of teaching reform,which is worth promoting.
