摘要
文章对现代教育治理的基本内涵与特征进行分析,并提出了权责明确、非线性转移、分权立法的重构原则。
The concept of modern education governance is not put forward.In handling the pattern of mutual power relations between the government,schools and society in the field of education management,we have formulated an implementation plan for education management that is in line with the development of the times.It is of great significance to support and ensure the best effect of education management in our country.This paper focuses on the topic of educational management power reconstruction towards modern educational governance,choosing three aspects to carry out a brief analysis.
