俄语翻译专业教学中教师的专业能力研究

Research on Teachers' Professional Competence in the Teaching of Russian Translation Major

随着经济全球化不断发展,中俄两国之间的交流逐渐频繁,对俄语专业翻译的人才需求量也在不断的增加。在俄语翻译专业的教学中,教师的专业能力要具备情感调节能力、自主学习能力、自我反思能力。本文主要对目前俄语翻译专业教师的教学能力的现状进行分析,并提出提高教师专业能力的相应策略。

With the continuous development of economic globalization,exchanges between China and R ussia are becoming more frequent,and the demand for R ussian professional translators is also increasing.In the teaching of R ussian translation major,teachers’ professional ability should have the ability of emotion regulation,self-learning and self-reflection.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the teaching ability of R ussian translation teachers,and puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the professional ability of teachers.
