摘要
从AI大数据、商业智能环境下企业对新型管理学人才的实际需求出发,阐述了运营管理课程体系改革的必要性和可行性,并在此基础上提出了教学改革建议,为高校管理专业面向新时期人才需求的教学体系改革提供参考。
Based on the actual demand of human resource in artificial intelligence,big data and business intelligence,the reform of the operation management course is imperative.This paper illustrates the necessity and feasibility of the curriculum reform and teaching reform proposal.The cross-integration of artificial intelligence,business intelligence and operation management teaching plays an important role in improving teaching quality and illuming students’ employment capability.
