从浙江省舟山市渔农村青年致富带头人的类型构成与群体特征出发,对舟山市渔农村青年致富带头人的作用进行了分析,从四个方面来阐述如何加快培育渔农村青年致富带头人和如何充分发挥他们在现代农业中的示范引领作用。

Starting from the type composition and group characteristics of the youth leaders in the fishing and rural areas of Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the role of the youth leaders in the fishing and rural areas of Zhoushan City,and expounds from four aspects how to speed up the cultivation of the youth leaders in the fishing and rural areas and how to give full play to their exemplary leading role in modern agriculture.
