提升来华留学研究生培养质量的调查与思考

Investigation and Consideration on Improving the Training Quality of Graduate Students Studying in China

随着来华留学研究生数量的快速增长,如何提升其培养质量成为当前高校面临的一项紧迫课题。本文以中国地质大学(武汉)留学研究生群体为样本,通过开展学习适应性问卷调查,了解留学研究生在校学习与研究中面临的困难和问题;再探寻问题存在的原因,给出了影响留学研究生培养质量的关键因素;最后就提升留学研究生培养质量给出相应对策和建议。

With the rapid growth of the number of graduate students studying in China,how to improve the quality of their cultivation has become an urgent issue facing universities.This paper takes the graduate student group of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) as a sample,through carrying out a questionnaire survey on learning adaptability,to understand the difficulties and problems encountered in the study and research of graduate students,and to explore the reasons for the problems.The key factors affecting the quality of graduate students' training are given,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given to improve the quality of graduate students' training.
