爱的辩证法——班级管理既要“严”,也要“宠”

摘要 有人认为,中职生是一个"活泼有余,(学习)能力不足"的群体。如果没有制度的约束,没有家庭学校的引导,她们会像一匹匹脱缰的野马,毫无方向又无所适从,所以一定要严格要求,要有约束。约束分为有形约束和无形约束。对学校教育而言,有形约束就是学校的"明文规定",即规章制度。在实际工作中要让"有形约束"落地,除了严格贯彻学校规章制度,还要借助无形约束之手。本文结合实践探讨了如何挥舞"无形约束"之手来让"有形约束"更好地实施。 Secondary vocational students are a group that is "more active and less able to learn".If there is no institutional constraint and no family school guidance,they will be like a wild horse,with no direction and no way to adapt.Therefore,it must be strictly required,and there must be constraints.The constraints are divided into tangible and intangible constraints.For school education,the tangible constraint is the school's "clear provisions",that is,rules and regulations.In the actual work,we must let the "tangible constraints" come to the fore,in addition to strictly implementing the school rules and regulations,we must also rely on the hands of invisible constraints.This article explores how to wave the hand of "invisible constraints" to make "tangible constraints" better implemented.
